Lampreia, a Toronto native, has spent parts of three seasons in the IBL, originally debuting with the Maple Leafs back in 2014. Since, Lampreia has spent 2021-2022 with the Brantford Red Sox, primarily playing up the middle of the diamond as a defensive standout.

Lampreia also has experience playing for both Allan Hancock College (CCCAA) and Midway University (NAIA), earning a Second Team All-Conference nod as a freshman with the Bulldogs. Additionally, he has spent four seasons with the Thornhill Reds in the GTBL from 2017-2019 and again in 2023, capturing two Championships in that span.

The Toronto Maple Leafs are a member of Canada’s best league, the Intercounty Baseball League. The over 100-year-old summer league is one of the oldest baseball leagues in the world, with the league established in 1919, drawing significantly more fans, in a friendly ballpark experience, than any league of its kind.
